With a majestic Neem tree standing at the entrance of NEUOME HOMESTAY, the scene was set for a welcoming experience from the very first step. Its expansive canopy provided a cool, inviting shade, and its presence was a reassuring promise of comfort and tranquility.
Guests arriving at NEUOME were greeted by the gentle rustling of Neem leaves, and the tree’s natural, soothing aroma filled the air. This venerable tree, a guardian of the Homestay, stood as a symbol of healing and renewal, setting the tone for the serene and nurturing environment within.
As visitors walked under its branches, they felt an immediate sense of calm and connection to nature, reinforcing NEUOME’s commitment to providing a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat.
The Official Bird:
Ulooka : The Guardian of NEUOME Homestay. In the heart of a vibrant Indian town, surrounded by lush greenery and the serene hum of nature, stood NEUOME Homestay. This special place was more than just a refuge; it was a sanctuary for women from all walks of life.
A short story of Ulooka: One evening, when it was decided to convert the home to a women’s abode as the first bricks were laid for NEUOME Homestay, an owl, with large, luminous eyes, appeared out of nowhere
and settled on a Neem tree at the edge of the property.
The Founder gasped in awe, recognizing the owl as Ulooka, the vehicle of Goddess Lakshmi. He whispered within himself that this was no ordinary bird, but a sign that the goddess was watching over the place.
The Official Animal:
Nutmeg: Neuome’s Sisterly Squirrel is a friendly and supportive squirrel who embodies the sisterly love and camaraderie that defines our Neuome. She’s always kind, empathetic, and understanding. She’s a good listener and a supportive friend, always willing to offer words of encouragement or help when needed. A small Story of Nutmeg: Neuome stood tall, surrounded by bustling streets and vibrant markets. Within its walls, a sense
of community and sisterhood thrived. Nutmeg, a gentle squirrel, had made the hostel’s garden her home, finding solace in the warmth and camaraderie of the residents.
One evening, as the girls gathered in the courtyard, Ulooka, the wise owl, perched on a branch of the majestic Neem tree that shaded the garden.
